Donald W. Hall has been practicing since 1990 and holds the Certified General Real Property Appraiser license.  Donald has vast experience appraising residential and commercial real estate and specializes in land development appraisals.  Donald has also performed appraisals for litigation, divorce and condemnation proceedings.

Brett W. Hall has been practicing since 1993 and holds the Certified General Real Property Appraiser license.  He graduated from St. Cloud State University in 1996 with a  Bachelor of Science Degree in Real Estate.  In 2002, Brett became an approved appraisal instructor by the Minnesota Department of Commerce and teaches a variety of appraisal topics including the courses needed to become a licensed appraiser. Brett is a residential and general associate member of the Appraisal Institute and is pursuing both the SRA and MAI designations.
