Donald W. Hall has been practicing since 1990 and holds the Certified General Real Property Appraiser license.  Donald has vast experience appraising residential and commercial real estate and specializes in land development appraisals.  Donald has also performed appraisals for litigation, divorce and condemnation proceedings.  Recently Don has been performing appraisal reviews on a national level for some of the largest lenders in the U.S. 

Linda L. Hall has been practicing since 1990 and holds the Certified Residential Real Property Appraiser license.  Linda has vast experience appraising residential, small income properties and vacant land.  For the past four years she has been performing appraisal reviews on a national level for some of the largest lenders in the U.S. 

Brett W. Hall has been practicing since 1993 and holds the Certified General Real Property Appraiser license.  He graduated from St. Cloud State University in 1996 with a  Bachelor of Science Degree in Real Estate.  Brett is an approved appraisal instructor by the Minnesota Department of Commerce and recently became an AQB certified USPAP instructor.  Brett teaches has developed and teaches a variety of pre-licensing and continuing education courses.  Brett is a residential and general associate member of the Appraisal Institute and is an advanced candidate for the SRA and MAI designations.
